Generated leads to help drive sales for a team of 40 business development executives in seven branches. Implemented a range of targeted customer acquisition, retention, up-sell, win-back and vertical campaigns to help drive revenue. Also to support the direct marketing efforts established, wrote and distributed a quarterly newsletter to 25,000 prospects and customers as part of a lead nurturing program.
